NEAL Institute — the National Education and Learning Institute — was founded with a single mission: to make professional certification accessible, affordable, and straightforward for working people across Florida and beyond.

We started with ServSafe® Food Manager Certification because food safety compliance is one of the most pressing needs for restaurants, hotels, schools, and food businesses of every size. A certified food manager is required by law in the majority of U.S. states — and we make getting there simple.

Our courses are taught by experienced, credentialed instructors in small class settings, ensuring every student walks away prepared to pass their exam and apply their knowledge on the job.

ServSafe® Food Manager Available Now
ANSI-accredited certification required for food service managers in Florida and across the US. Includes study materials, proctored exam, and digital certificate valid for 5 years.
CPR / AED Certification Coming Soon
American Heart Association-aligned CPR, AED, and First Aid certification for individuals, businesses, and healthcare workers. Stay tuned for launch dates.

Most state laws require a certified food manager.
